Salad platters are a flexible option for office lunches, training days and meetings because they are easy to share, simple to serve, and offer a lighter alternative to heavier catering. They also make it easier to include a variety of flavours, textures and dietary preferences on the same table, from protein-rich chicken and salmon salads through to vegetarian and plant-based options. Choose a mix of styles to create a colourful, generous spread that feels fresh, practical and well suited to corporate catering.

Our salad platters are designed for shared office catering and are best ordered as a mixed selection, with a minimum order of 3 platters. As a guide, 3 platters will generally suit approximately 15-25 people as a main meal, or more when served alongside sandwiches, wraps or other catering items. The final serve count will depend on the salads selected, as some are lighter leafy kits while others are larger, more substantial pasta, couscous, noodle or vegetable salads.
